1. To request a refund, please provide the necessary supporting documents or reports.
2. Generally, reports older than 7 days will not be taken into consideration.
3. However, for chronic diseases, an exception can be made for reports up to 15 days after approval from our Quality team.
4. When it comes to Thyroid conditions, TSH values can vary due to factors like the time of sample collection and fasting status. Only significant variations in TSH levels will be considered.
5. Any variations in the Lipid profile will not be considered.
6. If there is an inconsistency in the test results, we will collect a free re-sample and send it to 2 partner labs: one to our partner lab and another to a standard lab. If the results show a variation, we will refund the full test amount.
7. The final decision will be made by our quality team.
