One Diagnostics started operations in 2016 with our first centre of excellence being inaugurated at Kolkata. Operating out of a state of the art facility, we aim at providing the best in class reports using barcoded and fully automated systems and offer one of the fastest turn around time.
One Diagnostics has established its presence in West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand and Chattisgarh through over 250 collection points. By end of 2018 we aim at having around 1000 collection points with the addition of two more excellence centres.
To maintain best in industry quality standards, the laboratory currently participates in EQAS (External Quality Assurance Scheme) with Bio-Rad of USA, AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) and CMC Vellore.
To maintain further precision Inter Laboratory Testing is done with NABL accredited labs.
We currently follow SOP’s and quality procedures which have been designed under guidance by the leading pathologists in India.
We provide dual review for every test result generated at the lab.
We have collaborative tie-ups with leading specialist pan India for consultation on abnormal or borderline reports.
Participation in proficiency test programs at national and international levels to ensure reliability and accuracy of testing equipment.
Our doctor panel provides direct consultation to referring physicians, to help them navigate through test results and clinical symptoms. Our doctor team is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year to consult with ordering physicians to discuss test results and follow up diagnostic approaches.
Our central referral lab at Kolkata has been designed in accordance to the global norms and consists of best in class instruments which have been imported from USA, Germany, Japan and Switzerland.
